Television series, Central Television. Episode: "Day of the Yokel," March 3, 1987. Played Rathbone.
Series Description: 1986-1992. "Ken Boon (Michael Elphick) was an ex-fireman forced into early retirement due to ill health who became something of a modern-day (lone) Ranger when he placed a want-ad. for 'Anything Legal Considered.' Based in a small, edge-of-town Birmingham hotel run by his old friend Harry Crawford (David Daker), Boon accepted (and was occassionally drawn to) private assignments ranging from acting as a 'minder' to fending off protection racket gangs. Rachel Davies, Joan Scott, and Neill Gavin played his companions during the early series; Neil Morrissey and Lesley-Anne Sharpe were his sidekicks from the second (and now filmed; the earlier series had been on tape) series. The programme was created by Jim Hill and Bill Stair." (British Television - An Illustrated Guide)
